💻 Application Process (Step-by-Step)
- Official Portal: Navigate to the official Gujarat state portal for cottage industries at the e-Kutir Portal.
- Registration: Create a new user profile by entering your mobile number, email, and basic personal details.
- Form Submission: Select “Manav Kalyan Yojana” from the dashboard, fill out the application form, upload all documents, and submit. Alternatively, you can visit your local Gram Panchayat’s VCE (Village Computer Entrepreneur) kiosk to fill out the form.
- Selection Process: Since the number of applicants usually exceeds the budget, final beneficiaries are chosen via an online computerized draw (lottery system) handled by District Industry Centers.
- Distribution: Selected beneficiaries receive an E-Voucher (QR Code) on their registered mobile number. This code can be scanned at authorized empanelled dealers to claim the physical toolkits for free.
